The “FELICIDADE SEM DROGRAS” project is based on an articulated set of systematic educational and cultural actions with adolescents and young people of both sexes, aged between 15 and 21, who live in situations of extreme social and personal risk, in the peripheral neighborhoods of the state. Cruzeiro, Bairro Novo and Riacho do Mel/CAIC.

Location: Culture Factory Headquarters.
